We believe that membership in a local church is vital to the spiritual growth of every believer. Below are a few questions and a link to our membership application. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact the church office.
Who should pursue membership?
If you are a Christian and have been our guest for more than a few weeks, we strongly encourage you to pursue membership so that you can discern whether this is the church that God would have you to join.
Why pursue membership?
Jesus came to establish the church (Matt. 16:18) and He saves believers to be a part of a local church. It is in the membership of that local church that loving accountability, commitment, and purposeful involvement is fostered, moving people from passive attenders to active participants who not only submit themselves to serving one another (Eph. 5:21), but also submit themselves to the leadership of the local church (Heb. 13:17).
How do I become a member at Rosedale Bible Church?
- Register and attend a membership class.
- Fill out and turn in the membership application (see link below).
- Complete a membership interview with an elder.
- Right Hand of Fellowship. (Agree to the Affrimation of Commitment before the congregation.)
